Coffee Tour Terms & Conditions

Prices and availability are subject to change. Once you purchase the tour from our website, the price and availability are guaranteed.  

CANCELLATIONS:  

All cancellations must be made in writing.  You are liable for the applicable cancellation fee for the hotel reservation in Colombia that we reserve for you or any bank fees involved for your reservation.  The hotel payment reservation can be returned in full if you cancel the tour two months prior to the first date of the tour.  Otherwise, the advance payment for the hotel reservation will not be reimbursed.

NOT INCLUDED:

For most of our tour, the following items are not included in the advertised price:

Flights

Entry visa fees

Optional extensions & excursions

Gratuities

Alcoholic beverages

Items not specifically mentioned in the itinerary

Any items of a personal nature

UNUSED SERVICES:

Unused services cannot be refunded once the trip has begun. No refund can be made for absence by travelers from any part of the itinerary.

WAIVER OF CAFE SOCIAL LLC FOR DANGERS AND RISKS: 

I (we) understand that there are certain dangers, hazards, and risks inherent in international travel and the activities to  be  engaged  in  during  the  Trip in Colombia  which  can  cause  personal  injury,  death  and  property  damage. 

I (we) further understand that CAFE SOCIAL LLC cannot and does not assume responsibility for any such personal injury, death or property damage.

I (We) are participating in the Trip on a voluntary basis and has not been induced to do so by CAFE SOCIAL LLC or any other person.
